A Trowel allows a builder to place random blocks from their hotbar when ПКМ a surface.
Trowels also have built-in functionality with the Roads and Roofs mod, meaning that they can place filler items like bricks or flagstones randomly as well.

Create: Copycats+ adds many blocks that can be ПКМ with another block to copy its appearance. They can be made with a Stonecutter.

Construction Wands are an easy way to place many blocks at the same time. Simply right-click a block while holding the wand and it will place more of that block all at once, making it great for floors, walls, and so on.
Press U on the construction wand to bring up a page detailing its instructions.
There are also some wand upgrades to provide even more functionality.
Wands have durability but can be repaired with Repair Kits.
The Schematicannon is an automatic building machine that will place blocks according to a given schematic. You can use it to transfer buildings made in a creative world, or to copy and paste segments of your structures.
The Terminal will automatically build a GregTech multiblock using items from your inventory.
The Schematic Interface lets you copy and paste multiblocks, while the Dismantler lets you disassemble them entirely in one click.
Unlocked in EV, Building Gadgets are powerful tools that let you cut, copy, paste, and otherwise do large operations for building.
