Introduction

Pets are animals that function similarly to Livestock. Instead of products, pets are useful for obeying commands, being friends, pest control, hunting.
Pets recognize a certain player as their Owner. To become a pet's owner, feed it to raise its familiarity above 15%. Pets will only obey commands that come from their owner.
Clicking on a pet with dye changes its collar color.

Dogs

Dogs are a pet that eats grains, vegetables, and meat, rotten or not rotten. They will help you hunt almost any land predator or prey.
Dogs come in multiple variants that depend on what type of wolf it was domesticated from.

Cats

Cats are a pet that eats grains, cooked meats, and dairy products. They will help you hunt land prey and small fish. When at home, they will kill pests without being asked. Cats do not always listen when being told to sit.

Variants: Black, British Shorthair, Calico, Jellie, Persian, Ragdoll, Red, Siamese, Tabby, White.

Foxes

Foxes are a pet that eats any edible food. They will help you hunt land prey and small fish. When at home, they will kill pests without being asked. Foxes do not always listen when being told to sit.

Variants: Red, Snow.

Pigeons

Pigeons are capable of being tamed and delivering packages, but do not follow standard commands. You can feed Pigeon Food, such as grains and vegetables, to a pigeon to tame it.
Once tamed a pigeon can deliver Sacks to other players by naming the pouch with the player's name before handing it over.

Commands

Responsible pet owners must learn to control their pet. Luckily, this is easy. By pressing Right Click while holding Shift with an empty hand, the Pet Screen may be opened. This screen contains a number of commands that can be used to tell the pet what to do: Relax, We're Home, Sit, Follow Me, and Hunt With Me.

Relax

Repos est l'état de base des animaux de compagnie, et leur ordonner les retourne à cet état. Si un animal est à la maison, il se baladera dans la propriété sans partir, et dormira une fois par jour. S'il est trop loin de la maison, il marchera sans but.

Home

On est rentrés définit la position de la maison de l'animal de compagnon. Cela indique à l'animal qu'il doit, en se reposant, rester dans la zone. Indiquer à un animal qu'il est rentré ne change pas son activité en cours.

Assis indique à l'animal de s'asseoi roù il est. Cependant, les animaux ont leur propre conscience, et s'ennuieront éventuellement, et donc se relèveront !

Hunt

Chasse avec moi indique au joueur de vous suivre et d'engager le combat si vous attaquez ou êtes attaqué. Les animaux de compagnie n'attaqueront que les animaux qu'ils peuvent attaquer (par exemple, un chat ou un renard n'affrontera pas un ours !).

Suis-moi fonctionne comme Chasse avec moi, mais l'animal ne combattra jamais.

Pet Treats can be made by mixing medicine with bone meal.
Pet treats give massive stat bonuses to your pets for a short duration.

Name Tags can be crafted from paper and string. Once made, they can be edited on a Scribing Table to give them a custom name that will transfer to your pet with Right Click.

A Lead can be crafted from burlap fiber or string, and a metal ring.
You can Right Click an animal with a lead to pull them around. Much more efficient than baiting them with food!

You can also pick up some smaller animals with Shift + Right Click with empty hands.
