Jellies
Jellies are friendly blobs of slime that appear on various planets and environments.
They have a variety of uses, but most commonly, they produce type-specific slime balls.
Did I mention they are very friendly? If you raise their familiarity high enough, they will become pets and happily follow you around!
Jellies are hermaphroditic and can reproduce with any other jellie!
Produce
Jellies are quite picky and will refuse to produce anything outside of their natural habitat; however, they will breed just fine in any environment.
They also dislike machines and will only give their produce when fed manually by a player.
Or maybe they just want attention...
Nutritional Mash is the main food of all jellies, primarily made from grains, fruits, and some dimension-specific ingredients.

Herbal Jellie
Herbal jellies spawn on Earth in warm forests, with temperature between 1-10°C and rainfall of at least 150mm. They produce Herbal Slime Balls.
Phosphorum Jellie
Phosphorum jellies spawn on Earth in cold forests, with temperature between -10-0°C and rainfall of at least 150mm. They produce Phosphorum Slime Balls and additionally eat rotten flesh.
Rock Jellie
Rock jellies rarely spawn on Earth in caves of mountainous biomes. Currently, they do nothing.
Spring Jellie
Spring jellies spawn in Beneath's geothermal spring biome. They produce Spring Slime Balls.
Plant Jellie
Plant jellies spawn in Beneath's muggy bog and thorny brambles biomes. They produce Plant Slime Balls.
Glowberry Jellie
Glowberry jellies spawn in Beneath's lush hollow biome. They produce Glowberry Slime Balls.
Biotite Jellie
Biotite jellies spawn at the bottom of the Beneath. They produce Biotite Slime Balls.
Ice Jellie
Ice jellies spawn in Beneath's salt caves. They passively reduce player's temperature by 10°C.
Lava Jellie
Lava jellies spawn at the bottom of the Beneath. They passively increase player's temperature by 10°C.
Latex Jellie
Latex jellies are made by breeding Lava and Plant jellies. They produce Latex Slime Balls.
Certus Jellie
Certus jellies spawn in Moon's asurine biomes. They produce Large Certus Quartz Buds.
Pentetic Jellie
Pentetic jellies spawn in Mars' martian deep desert and martian mountain biomes. They passively absorbs radiation from players.
