If you are tired of drinking directly out of streams and ponds like a wild horse then consider making a Drinking Vessel!
Every time you drink from a vessel you will consume 100mB of fluid and damage the vessel 1 durability (if applicable) or has a chance of breaking (if applicable, can be changed in TFC server config).
Drinking from a container will also work for acquiring drink effects from Alcohol or other fluids, as well as Nutrient values.
Some drinking containers can even be played as a musical instrument when empty.
